PSA Nitrogen Generator Special Features:
Full Automation:
All systems are designed for un-attended operation and automatic Oxygen demand adjustment. Lower space requirement and short installation period are some of the common features. The design and instrumentation makes the plant size very compact, assembly on skids, prefabricated and supplied from factory. Installation is very easy and convenient.
Fast Start-up:
Start-up time is about 30 minutes to get desired Oxygen purity. So these units can be switched ON & OFF as per Oxygen demand changes.
High Reliability:
Very reliable for continuous and steady operation with constant oxygen purity. Plant availability time is better than 99% always.
Molecular Sieves Life:
Expected Molecular sieves life is more than 10-years i.e. whole life time of Oxygen plant. So no replacement costs.
PSA Nitrogen Generator Working Principle:
The whole system components
The whole nitrogen generation system mainly consists of the air compressor, the compressed air receiver, filters, refrigeration dryer, the PSA nitrogen generator, and the nitrogne receiving tank.
For the air compressor, famous brand such as the Atlas Copco, the Ingersoll Rand can be available from our company to match the PSA nitrogen generators.
For filters, the elements with brand of Hankison, Domnick are available.
For refrigeration dryer, we have J.mec, the first brand within China, also Filter the professional manufacturer of dryer and filters.
For higher requirement of pressure and dew point, there may be some modification about the main components.
