Membrane Nitrogen Generator Introduction

Membrane Nitrogen Generator N2 gas, using air as raw materials and carbon molecular sieve as adsorbent, by the selective adsorption of carbon molecular sieve to O2 and N2, achieving the separation of the N2 and O2 in the air.

PSA( Pressure Swing Adsorption) is an advanced gas separation technology, based on the physical adsorption of the internal surface in the adsorbent to gas molecules, separating the gas by the characteristics of absorbing to the quantity of different gas in general pressure. The CMS (Carbon Molecular Sieve) is a sorbent picked up from the air, used in separating Oxygen and Nitrogen molecular. The absorption quantity of CMS is greatly higher for Oxygen than Nitrogen under the same pressure.

Membrane Nitrogen Generator Application

1. Food storing:

Storing for grain, fruit, vegetable etc.

Packing for bread, cake, puffed food etc.

Purification and cover gas filling nitrogen on Juice, cooking oil, beer etc.

2. Pharmaceuticals industry: Nitrogen oxygen insulation on injection, transfusion,oral liquid etc.

3. Chemical industry: Nitrogen blanket, swaging, pipe purging replacement, chemical fiber production gas protection etc.

4. Metallurgical industry:Bright annealing, nitrocementation, powder metallurgy, magnetic material sintering, prevent the oxidation of the product etc.

5. Mining industry:Mine explosion-proof, put out fire. Cable industry:Crosslinking cable protection gas production.

6. Others: Spaceflight, electron industry,rubber industry etc..

Fast Gases and Slow Gases

"Fast" gases permeate through the nitrogen membrane wall more readily than "slow" gases, thus

separating the original gas mixture into two streams. The purity of the desired streams can be adjusted

by changing the operating conditions.

The ability of a nitrogen membranes to separate two gases is determined by their "selectivity", the ratio

of permeabilities of the two gases. The higher the selectivity, the more efficient the separation and less

energy is needed to run the system.
